We provide model contracts, which are continually further developed and adapted to the current legal requirements and needs of TU Dresden.

These model contracts are the basis of your project with your contractual partners. Special project constellations or demands of the contractual partners may require deviations from the model regulations.

Please contact us to adapt the model to your specific needs in a timely manner. We will then also support you in negotiations with your contractual partners. It is advisable to use the model contracts to keep processing times short.
