Those who completed their doctoral studies between four and twelve years ago are eligible to apply for a Feodor Lynen Research Fellowship for experienced researchers.

With the Feodor Lynen Research Fellowship for postdocs, the Humboldt Foundation enables researchers with above-average qualifications from Germany, who are at the start of their academic careers and completed their doctoral studies no more than four years ago, to complete long-term research stays abroad (from 6 to 24 months). Applications are open to all disciplines and to all countries.
