The Friedrich and Elisabeth BOYSEN Foundation's sponsorship award recognizes particularly outstanding dissertations by young scientists in the field of environmental technology with a focus on solutions for reducing pollutants, noise, and energy consumption. Submission deadline: March 31, 2026

The Kurt Beyer Prize, sponsored by HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, is awarded for one or two theses - dissertations, diploma and master's theses or comparable works - in the fields of civil engineering or architecture. Deadline for submission: March 31, 2026

The German Thesis Award is geared toward early-career researchers in all fields who have submitted an excellent dissertation with special societal impact in the year 2023. Submission deadline March 1, 2024
