Hilde Domin Program Call for Nominations

Master’s students and doctoral candidates may be nominated through September 15, 2026, for the next regular selection round (planned start of studies: Winter Semester 2027/28). Nominations received after this date will be considered for the following selection round.

 Important: A completed questionnaire regarding the nominated person’s vulnerability must be submitted along with the nomination. Failure to submit this document as part of the nomination will result in the nomination being excluded from further consideration.

When making a nomination, please take into account the academic abilities of the individuals you are nominating.

For the first time, we will offer feedback sessions for nominating institutions following the conclusion of the selection round (December 2026/January 2027).

The purpose of these sessions is to explain why the individuals you nominated did not receive funding and to provide you with feedback on your nominations that will assist you with future proposals.

All universities that nominate candidates for the next selection phase will receive a separate email from us after the process is complete, containing information about potential feedback sessions. The feedback sessions are intended exclusively for representatives of the nominating institutions.
