Schwabe Thesis Award

Since 1996, the Professor Schwabe Foundation at TUD has honored excellence in research by awarding the Professor Schwabe Prize for outstanding master's and doctoral theses at TUD in physical chemistry or applied sensor research involving advanced biochemical or electrochemical elements.

Master's or doctoral theses submitted in the fields above at TU Dresden between 1 January 2022 and 28 February 2025

Selection Awards are decided by the scientific board of the Professor Schwabe Foundation based on: (i) scientific excellence, (ii) impact and relevance, (iii) quality of presentation, (iv) academic achievement, and (v) future potential.

Prizes PhD award: €600, MSc award: €400
