The Dresden Technology Portal will be phased out in the fall of 2026

After more than 10 years of service, the Dresden Technology Portal (DTP) is being migrated to a modern system operated by the Saxon startup SciPort.
DRESDEN-concept is SciPort’s pilot customer, and we are collaborating on the design of the successor system, which will be available starting in fall 2026.
The existing data from the DTP is being migrated by the Technology Platforms team and SciPort (Link to demo system). All faculties have been contacted regarding the concurrent data cleanup.

Please do not change or update any data in the DTP at this time.

Once the SciPort portal is available, you will be granted access there and will be able to edit existing entries and add new ones. At that time, the old Dresden Technology Portal will no longer be accessible.

Information about the DTP Box:
The integration of the DTP Box into WeBCMS will continue to function for a limited time even after editing of entries in the DTP has been suspended, though without the ability to update data. Therefore, we ask users who use the Box on their pages in WeBCMS to explore other options for presenting their infrastructure in the near future.
