Postdoc survey of the TU Dresden and the HZDR

A great number of Postdocs are highly committed to research, teaching, and their careers.

•     Under what conditions do they work, and how well are they satisfied?
•     What career goals do these postdocs pursue?
•     And which kind of support do they wish for?

For the first time, Postdocs of the TU Dresden and the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) have the opportunity to express their specific needs.

On this basis, the objective is to adapt existing training and support offers in a focused manner and develop new programs.

In March, the invitations for the survey were sent out. It is conducted by the joint Postdoc Center HZDR-TUD under the roof of the Graduate Academy.
