CERTIFICATE | Good Scientific Practice for Doctoral Candidates
Certificate Course "Good Scientific Practice during the Doctorate" (GSP)
The TU Dresden attaches great importance to adherence to good scientific practice. All members of the university are obliged to comply with the "Statutes for Ensuring Good Scientific Practice, Preventing Scientific Misconduct, and Dealing with Violations" and to regard them as the basis for their scientific work.
- The certificate course "Good Scientific Practice during the Doctorate" offers doctoral candidates a comprehensive introduction to the standards and principles of GSP.
- The course consists of three consecutive modules and has a total duration of approximately 4 hours/teaching units.
- It therefore generally meets the minimum requirements of the doctoral degree regulations. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your doctoral office.
For professors, the Center for Continuing Education (ZfW) offers workshops on "Good Research Practices." If you have any questions, the staff at the ZfW will be happy to assist you.
