Women@DDc New Year’s Reception 2026

What a great and inspiring start to the year! The New Year’s Reception of the Women@DDc Network, hosted by the Barkhausen Institut, brought together a vibrant group of female scientists and science managers.

With a stunning sunset view over Dresden’s old town, conversations revolved around multiple topics, from careers and working in Dresden to job opportunities within the DRESDEN-concept research alliance. The diverse mix of participants across institutional boundaries was especially appreciated.

We are grateful for the great interest in the event and the dedicated networking. Despite financial challenges, we are very much looking forward to further events in 2026.
