Statutes
The statutes of the Graduate Academy (in German, English version to follow shortly) were issued by the Academic Senate of TU Dresden on 31st May 2013. They regulate the objectives and administrative structure of the GA.
Executive Committee
The GA is headed by an executive committee. According to the statutes the members of the executive committee are appointed by the Rectorate.

Doctoral Council
The Doctoral Council is the official representation of all doctoral candidates of TU Dresden. Its main aim is to ensure a better network of doctoral candidates at our University in order to identify common interests and to speak up for these.
The Doctoral Council is elected by the doctoral candidates of TU Dresden once a year and composed of up to 17 doctoral candidates. The spokesperson elected by the Doctoral Council is member of the GA Executive Committee with voting rights for the term of office of the Doctoral Council.

Postdoc Council
The Postdoc Council is the official representation of all postdoc members of the GA . Its main aim is to ensure a better network of postdoc candidates across disciplines in order to identify common interests and to speak up for these. The Postdoc Council is elected by postdoc GA members once a year and is composed of up to eleven postdoc representatives. If possible, these representatives should broadly cover the spectrum of disciplines at TU Dresden and the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf.
The spokesperson elected by the Postdoc Council is member of the GA Executive Committee with voting rights for the term of office of the Postdoc Council.
