• Does he/she answer all your questions?
• You are receiving or have received reliable guidance for your career?
• Productive exchange of ideas and transparent communication is a given?

We want to spotlight the importance of good supervision for doctoral students.
Therefore, we are announcing our Supervisory Award for the seventh time. This makes TU Dresden one of the first universities in Germany to establish such a prize.

Requirements

• All doctoral students of the TU Dresden and postdocs whose doctorate was completed no longer than five years ago and who are/ were members of the Graduate Academy are eligible to submit nominations.
• Nominations are accepted for supervisors (professors and young investigators) of the TU Dresden and the DRESDEN concept partners.

Selection

The Board of the Graduate Academy will select the winner from the submitted nominations.

Award

The prize money of 3,000 euros is intended to support young researchers
and can be expended for scientific purposes within 2023.
