”Yes, but not today” is how most of us usually think about conflict management, as we often associate conflicts with uncomfortable and threatening emotions. Unresolved conflicts can destroy relationships and negatively impact cooperation and productivity. With the appropriate approach, however, resolving conflicts can be rewarding, exciting and move things forward. This course is designed to help participants to constructively engage with conflicts rather than avoid or escalate them unnecessarily. It will give people applicable and confidence-building tools to handle this difficult arena more effectively. Besides short theory lessons, the central focus is on discussions, individual and small-group exercises as well as role-plays with feedback. Participants are welcome to provide case studies. |
With your registration you are required to accept the terms and conditions for participation. |
