What is a Data Management Plan („DMP“)? And why would you want a DMP? Would you want one just because the EU, the DFG or some other funder is asking you to prepare one? Or maybe, just maybe, would you want a DMP because it actually helps you in getting a better grip on your data AND subsequently a better grip on your project? In this 90 minutes course we will touch on the most significant parts of a DMP – and show you why spending time on creating a DMP can actually be a very profitable investment for you and your research group or subject. • less headaches (because you FIND your data, rather than just SEARCHING for it) Participants are asked to bring along their laptops. |
