Call for abstracts: Conference Series GeNeMe "Communities in New Media"

The GeNeMe 2026 conference is looking for contributions on the topic of digital participation. The focus is on questions relating to participation processes, digital sovereignty and the impact of AI, virtual communities and immersive technologies on collaboration and democratic decision-making processes. There is a two-stage submission process: abstracts (max. 3,000 characters) can be submitted until April 26, full papers until June 21. The conference will take place on September 17-18. Participants include scientists from TUD and the Center for Open Digital Innovation and Participation (CODIP).
