We would like to draw your attention to a job advertisement of our cooperation partner Willkommen in Löbtau e.V.:

For the newly established project 'Berufstandem' of the working group "Ausbildung und Arbeit" for the labour market integration of migrants in Dresden, Willkommen in Löbtau e.V. is looking for the following as of 1 December 2020 or as soon as possible

• a project coordinator, full-time, based on TVL-11.

The Berufstandem supports people with a refugee or migration background and a clear career aspiration as well as sufficient language skills (depending on the profession, at least B1-B2) in a targeted, job- and industry-related way in integrating them into the labour market. To this end, volunteer guides (so-called career scouts) were recruited to provide targeted advice to refugees (so-called career explorers) in their own occupational field for a limited period of six months and to build up an initial professional network with them in their own field of activity.
