Migration is a normal case in the history and present of all societies and a constituent element of them. In the course of intensified globalisation processes, migration is becoming more visible and a topic of social self-negotiation.

How knowledge and identity relate to each other as categories of this negotiation, and this especially in migration processes, is the topic of the interdisciplinary junior researcher colloquium of the Centre for Integration Studies, which will take place on 11/12 and 18/19 June 2018.

We invite young researchers from the humanities and social sciences to participate in the colloquium with contributions for lectures or short presentations and to submit proposals. The call has been extended until 18 February.
