In May, HELLERAU - Europäisches Zentrum der Künste Dresden organised the festival "B-Europe", which dealt with various facets, visions and questions of Europe as well as with the diversity of the continent, and also addressed a Plan B. The ZfI was also represented in the diverse catalogue of events as a guest and with a contribution by Noa Ha.

As part of the festival, Stefan Schönfelder, Executive Director of the Heinrich Böll Foundation Saxony, asked Noa Ha the question "For whom are the cities of Europe?" on 16 May. With a view to Europe and Dresden, they discussed the postcolonial debates around urban memory politics, everyday practices of use in the public space of marginalised space and future scenarios for more just and open urban spaces and urban societies.
