Research Assistant (10-19h per week)
within the framework of the project „Qualifizierung von Bildungsfachkräften in Sachsen“.

limited until 31.01.2022, with the option of extension if necessary. The duration of employment is in accordance with the WissZeitVG.

In the context of inclusion-oriented university development, the QuaBiS project started in May 2019. Since then, there have been six education specialists at TU Dresden. They are qualified over three years to learn and teach at the university. This allows them to speak as experts in their own right, where they have previously been categorised as "mentally handicapped" and constructed as the subject of others' assumptions.

Tasks:

• development and didactic preparation of the qualification contents
• implementation of the qualification offers
• support services in the learning and qualification process
• joint development and implementation of cooperative seminar concepts
• continuous further development of an inclusive university structure with different actors

Requirements:

• scientific specialist or university studies with content-related reference to inclusive education
• university and/or school teaching experience for heterogeneous learning groups or pedagogical practice with people with disabilities are desirable
• independent conceptual work
• willingness to work cooperatively in a team
