Elementary school learning and research workshop (LuFo)
Goals
The Primary School Learning and Research Workshop (LuFo) is intended to provide space for self-organized, exploratory and research-based learning for students and teachers. They are offered a stimulating learning environment to get to know student-activating methods and teaching materials and thus support forms of self-determined learning. The process of developing and testing their own ideas regarding lesson and material design is intended to encourage reflection on children's learning processes. At the same time, the learning and research workshop aims to develop and realize (student) research projects. Click here for the LuFo website.
Subject teaching
Subject teaching is closely integrated into the Primary School Learning and Research Workshop and has its own section here. Numerous educational materials such as researcher boxes/cases, experiment kits, Montessori materials, star charts and maps as well as relevant specialist literature and journals are available specifically for general knowledge lessons.

Open learning workshop
The learning and research workshop is located in WEB 43 to WEB 47 and is open daily in the 4th double period from 13:00 to 14:30.
