New publication: Between art and artificiality

We are delighted to be involved in the publication of the anthology "Zwischen Kunst und Künstlichkeit. Shaping transformation through cultural and political media education". The anthology documents the 41st Forum Kommunikationskultur on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Gesellschaft für Medienpädagogik und Kommunikationskultur (GMK).

At the interface of media education, cultural education and political education, the volume contains contributions from science and media education practice that deal with the connections between art and artificiality in the context of artificial intelligence. Across all contributions, it becomes clear how necessary the promotion of media education is in order to shape social transformation and that media education goes far beyond the promotion of purely application-oriented skills.
