The Engineering Education degree program has been available at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences (HSMW) since the winter semester of 2022/23 ( ). The degree program has a standard duration of six semesters. The Faculty of Engineering at HSMW is responsible for the Engineering Education degree program at HSMW in collaboration with other faculties at the university and TU Dresden.

Departments

In the Bachelor’s program in Engineering Education, students can choose one department and either a minor or a second department. At HSMW, these are:

Specialization or Second Department

West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau

The degree program has a standard duration of seven semesters. The Faculty of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering is responsible for the Engineering Education degree program at WHZ in collaboration with other faculties at the university and TU Dresden.

Departments

In the Bachelor’s program in Engineering Education, students must select a primary department and either a secondary department or an additional subject. At WHZ, these are:

• Metallurgy and Mechanical Engineering

Specialization or Second Department
