Self-regulation in the agile school – Article in Pädagogik 1/24 "Working differentlyin times of teacher shortages"
The Dresden University School trial is not only a school for Dresden's children and youth, but also a research project that aims to answer questions about the school of the future. These answers are being published for a specialist audience, for example in the journal PÄDAGOGIK.
When fewer teachers are responsible for more children and young people, pupils' self-organization becomes more important. In the article "Self-regulation in the agile school", Anke and Langner and Maxi Heß, heads of the Dresden University School trial, explain how innovative learning arrangements can be combined with digital tools.
The article is published in the PÄDAGOGIK issue "Working differently in times of teacher shortages". After expiry of the exclusive rights of use, the article is available for free download from January 2025: Selbstregulation in der agilen Schule. Zeitschrift Pädagogik 1/2024: Anders arbeiten in Zeiten des Lehrkräftemangels. Anke Langner & Maxi Heß.
In an earlier issue, a portrait of Dresden University School was published in 2022 as part of the "Extraordinary Schools" series. The article "Die Universitätsschule Dresden" is now available free of charge, including the pdf download.
More publications are to be found on the respective page of the research unit University School ForUS.
