Conference: Trasformazioni della Regula Benedicti (Rome, March 18–21, 2026)

From March 18-21, 2026, the conference 'Trasformazioni della Regula Benedicti. L'impatto del testo riflesso nei commentari (VI-XXI secolo)' will take place. The conference is a cooperation between FOVOG and the Pontificio Ateneo Sant'Anselmo.

The conference is dedicated to the reception and interpretation of the Regula Benedicti from its origins to the present day, with a particular focus on the commentaries written over the centuries, which have so far received little attention from researchers. The aim of the conference is therefore to explore these commentaries comparatively.
