FSR Phil - What's that?
In this section we introduce you to what a Student Council (FSR) actually is and how we can help you in everyday university life. Feel free to stop by and find out more about our work, our self-image, our student council regulations and many other important basics of an FSR.

Public meetings
Meetings? Is everyone practicing how to sit on a chair? No! We meet every week and discuss important news at the university. Perhaps we are also discussing your e-mail or deciding on financial proposals. All regular meetings are open to the public, so feel free to come over and check it out!

There is more to a university than just the FSR. It is a complex construct with its own policy, the university policy. On this page you will find an overview of all the committees we serve on. You too can apply for some of the positions! Which ones you can find out in our office or by mail!

We are always there for you. If it takes some time to reply to an email, please apologize. We're just students, too, and we have to find some balance. As a student council, we offer advice on Instagram, via e-mail to or during our office hours, as well as a number of offers to support you in your studies and make everyday life at the university easier.
