Erasmus - Studying abroad
For many years, the Institute of History has participated in the European Union's Erasmus+ exchange program, which gives students the opportunity to study for one or two semesters at one of currently more than 20 foreign partner universities in Belgium, France, Romania, Italy, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Portugal and Turkey. A detailed list of places can be found in the table at the bottom of this page.
Participation in the Erasmus program is extremely straightforward, and numerous history students have already taken part. In order to make these experiences accessible to a wider public, the Institute of History has set up a Facebook page - get first-hand information and get in touch with fellow Dresden students abroad.
The application deadline for the following winter and summer semester is always February 28.
