ERASMUS teacher exchange

As part of the ERASMUS teacher exchange, Prof. Dr. Hildegard König from the Institute of Catholic Theology at TU Dresden visited the Faculty of Philosophy at University of Graz  from 3rd June to 8th June 2019.

She gave presentations in the field of church history on the topics 'The patristic interpretation of the Song of Songs' and 'Peter becomes Pope - Observations on the formation of the Papal primacy within the framework of the political-social transformation processes up to the beginning of the 7th century'. On invitation of the Gender College she gave a speech on the topic: 'Discourse-analytical observations on the dignity of women in selected doctrinal documents in the light of power and marginalisation'.

The programme also included meetings with colleagues, a visit to the dean and a planning unit for upcoming joint projects.
