Publications by the Institute of Philosophy on the Research Portal
What is the FIS?
The Research Information System (FIS) is the central system in which TU Dresden consolidates information about its research: publications, research projects, intellectual property rights, prizes and awards, theses, as well as academic activities such as editorial roles, lectures, and research stays. It does not record the research data itself, but rather metadata—that is, information about publications and projects.
There are two distinct access methods:
- The FIS is the internal data entry system. It is accessible exclusively to associate members of TU Dresden, who use it to enter and maintain their research achievements.
- The Research Portal is the public view. It displays all entries that have been approved for publication and is freely accessible without registration.
Notes on Use
On the Institute’s page in the Research Portal, you’ll find tabs for publications, projects, activities, and people. The search results can be filtered by year of publication, publication type, and authors; individual entries are linked to the researchers’ profiles and, where available, to the DOI and full text. Each Chair also has its own page on the portal, which can be accessed via the respective person’s profile.
Since the entries are maintained by the researchers themselves, this overview does not claim to be exhaustive. Additional publication lists can be found on the personal pages of the institute’s members.
If you have questions about the research portal, please contact FIS Support or . Further information is available on the FIS FAQ page.
