Various counseling services and other assistance are available at TU Dresden and its cooperation partners for matters relating to your studies. The Counseling Compass allows you to focus quickly on the institution that is responsible for your particular issue.

Student involvement in university committees or in artistic, social or political initiatives is strongly encouraged. You will find numerous appropriate opportunities for such involvement at TUD.
Bored in your free time? Not an issue in Dresden. This student city provides an inexhaustible range of activities. Whatever floats your boat, there’s a playground for everyone – creative, artistic, sporty. Have fun as you discover, give it a go and enjoy.
And then in the evening, the student clubs open their doors. They are a great place for celebrating with friends, having a chat or listening to a concert. There are 13 student clubs in Dresden alone, making the city the secret “capital of student clubs”.
