Specialist Lawyer in IP Law
The "Fachanwalt" (specialist lawyer) is a title requiring a license, which a lawyer may use in Germany if he has acquired special knowledge and experience in a field of law (Section 43c BRAO).
The curriculum of the LL.M. program contains the essential substantive requirements for demonstrating the theoretical knowledge of the Fachanwalt (specialist attorney) for intellectual property rights.
Graduates who can be admitted to the bar in Germany therefore have the opportunity to take the corresponding examinations after their semester in Dresden and thus prove the theoretical knowledge for this title.

Offer for graduates with 2nd state examination or equivalent who will be admitted to the German bar
