New program: Introducing the Erasmus Mundus Master of Intellectual Property and Data Law (MIPDaL)
We are excited to announce the launch of the new Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Program Master of Intellectual Property and Data Law (MIPDaL), a one-year international study program dedicated to preparing students for a dynamic career in IP and Data Law. This unique program is offered in collaboration with leading universities across Europe, including TU Dresden, and is structured to provide a comprehensive learning experience through two focused semesters.
In the first semester, students gain a foundational understanding of intellectual property and data law, studying at one of our consortium partners in Madrid, Strasbourg, Tallinn, or here at TU Dresden. The second semester allows students to specialize by choosing one of three distinct pathways, available at our partner institutions in Exeter, London, Strasbourg, Tallinn, or TU Dresden:
- Creative Industries: Explore the intersection of law and creativity, focusing on copyright, trademarks, and the protection of creative works.
- Industrial Property Law: Delve into the legal frameworks surrounding patents, designs, and industrial innovations—essential knowledge for businesses and inventors.
- IT & Data Law: Gain insights into data protection, privacy laws, and the legal implications of technology in our digital age.
Scholarships are also available! Applications for a scholarship should be received here by 15.01.2025.
Applications for the MIPDaL program are now open. Please find more information on the new MIPDaL program at: www.mipdal.eu.
