Fritz Felsenstein is a research associate at the Chair of International Law, European Law and Public Law. He studied political science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and law at the Technische Universität Dresden and the Universiteit Antwerpen. In 2019/2020, he was a Schuman Trainee at the European Parliament's Directorate-General for Parliamentary Research Services in Brussels.

His research interests cover, i.a., European constitutional law and state immunity law.
