Zadekia Krondorfer
Zadekia Krondorfer is a research associate at the BMBF-funded research group REXKLIMA (Far-right politics versus climate action?) at Hannah-Arendt-Institute for Totalitarianism Studies, Dresden. She pursued a master´s degree at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in International Environmental Studies, where her thesis focuses on the interplay of populism, skepticism, and climate policy positions in right-wing party manifestos of the USA, Germany, Austria, and Australia. She has since worked in the field of climate communication, leading her to the 2023 UN Climate Conference in Dubai. Her international guiding experience to vulnerable ecosystems has provided her with additional insights into the complexities of environmental conservation. Currently, her doctoral project at the TU Dresden explores the intersections of party politics and climate policy. She also collaborates with the Systems Transformation Hub, where she supports the policy work on systemic approaches to address interconnected global challenges and provide strategic guidance to European policymakers.
