The courses offered by the Chair of Political Systems and Comparative Politics will provide you with extensive knowledge of a range of political systems and their characteristics. You will also practise skills that you will need in your future career: You will learn to analyze texts and data accurately, to present results attractively, to argue convincingly in discussions and to work independently, methodically confident and results-oriented.

Enrolment
Enrolment for the courses offered by the Chair takes place via OPAL. You can enrol in the learning resource for the respective course during the enrolment period stated in the course catalog. The final assignment of topics, presentations, etc. usually takes place in the first session. It is therefore essential that you attend or inform us in advance by email if you will not be attending. Otherwise, your place may be allocated to participants on the waiting list, who are also welcome to attend the first session if seminar places become available.
