Legal and Constitutional Theory

Join us in taking a theoretical perspective on politics, law and constitution:

What is "law"? What does "constitution" mean? In what way are law and constitution influenced by globalization und transnationalization? How does digitalization shape the conditions of the possibility of law and constitution? What is the future of law and constitution?

We offer courses on these and similar topics from the field of legal and constitutional theory, partly in English.

The range of courses offered is part of the degree programs "Politik und Verfassung", International Relations, Philosophy and others.
