Organizational Structures
The Collaborative Research Center 1285 “Invectivity” is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and commenced work at TU Dresden on July 1, 2017. It is represented by the spokesperson Prof. Dr. Gerd Schwerhoff and the deputy spokesperson Prof. Dr. Marina Münkler.
Under a joint research concept, this research association is home to 13 projects, which examine both historical and contemporary aspects. Established academics, postdoctoral researchers, doctoral candidates, and student assistants work in the projects. They come from a wide range of disciplines in the cultural sciences, humanities, and social sciences.
