Directions for travel by public transport:
The easiest way to get here is via the following tramway stations and bus stops, of which all are within walking distance to the building:

• Tramway: Take line 9, 10, 11, or 13 to Lennéplatz, then walk in the direction of Dresden Zoo (Großer Garten), turn right at the crossroads, follow the road and pass the petrol station until you arrive at the next corssroads (Wiener Straße/Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße).
• Bus: Take line 66 and alight at Strehlener Platz, then head for the supermarket (LIDL, behind the big crossroads), turn left at the intersection, walk under the bridge until you arrive at the next crossroads (Wiener Straße/Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße).

Directions for travel by car:
To facilitate your arrival, we should like to advise you to take the following arterial roads:

• When coming from Dresden Neustadt or from the motorway A17 (exit "Dresden Südvorstadt"), take the B170 (St. Petersburger Straße) and follow it until you reach the central station. Then turn into Strehlener Straße (in a south-eastward direction, heading for Pirna/HTW) and follow the road until you get to Strehlener Platz. Once there, turn left into the B172 (Gerhart-Hauptmann-Straße), drive under the bridge until you reach the next crossroads where you turn right. Usually, there are free parking spots in front of the faculty building or futher up the road.
• Coming from the west, take the B6 (Meißner Landstraße) until you reach the crossroads at the Flügelwegbrücke (the second bridge over the Elbe, at the roads intersection with Washington Straße), then pass the crossroads and follow the S73 (Hamburger Straße) until reach POCO furniture shop (old market hall building). Behind the railroad bridge, turn right into the B173 (the section is still called Könneritzstraße but soon turns into Ammonstraße, then Wiener Straße), pass the World Trade Center business park to your left, drive through the tunnel and follow the road until you reach the crossroads with the petrol station on the left. Pass the crossing and look for a free parking spot in front of the faculty building or further up the road.
