Data Protection Declaration: Registration for an event

Purpose and Data Collection Authority

The data collected in this form will be used for the registration on the project “Tandem Partnership Germany-Ukraine-Belarus academic Self-Governance” and processed by the Institute of Slavic Studies (TU Dresden).

Data Processing

The data will be electronically processed by the staff of the Institute of Slavic Studies (TU Dresden), in particular in order to contact the participants of the course and to be able to issue a certificate of attendance to them after the event.

Voluntariness and Revocation

The registration and the associated disclosure of personal data are voluntary. This consent can be denied or revoked. In this case, the data will be deleted and a contact as well as the issue of a participation certificate is not or no longer possible.

Data Transmission

A transmission of the data to third parties does not take place, unless it is prescribed by law.

Storage Period

6 months after the end of the event.

Publication

Personal data will not be published.

Information Right

I am aware that I can request information at any time about the data processed about me and the possible recipients of this data to whom it has been transmitted, and that I am entitled to a reply within one month of receipt of the request for information.

Data Protection Officer and Data Protection Supervisory Authority

I am aware that I can contact the data protection officer of the TU Dresden and the responsible supervisory authority for data protection at any time.
