Project Cultural Fit at the networking event "STARKe Impulse im Lausitzer Revier"
What is happening in the Lusatian mining district?
The networking meeting "STARKe Impulse im Lausitzer Revier", hosted by the Saxon State Ministry for Regional Development (SMR) at the Knappenrode energy factory, provided a great insight into this. Representatives from a total of 26 projects that were able to get off the ground thanks to STARK structural change funding met here - #hierwirdwas!
We also presented our "Cultural Fit" project to stakeholders from the region and guests from the world of politics (including Saxony's State Minister for Regional Development Thomas Schmidt, representative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection Dr. Raphael L'Hoest and Jörg Huntemann, Head of Department for Structural Development at Saxony's State Ministry for Regional Development and Heike Schleussner from the Structural Change Task Force team at Entwicklungsgesellschaft Niederschlesische Oberlausitz mbH).
With the Cultural Fit project presented by Hanne Hofmann and Johanna Steuber, we support companies in the region in promoting sustainable and mutually satisfactory employee retention. Cultural Fit is a concept that focuses on the consistency of values, actions, and work preferences of applicants and employees with the culture of a company. We provide background knowledge and methods that can be applied in the company as part of further training courses and a practical part in which specific challenges in the organizations are dealt with on-site. The focus is on corporate culture to promote the quality of relationships in the organization. Have you also become curious and want to make your company and your employees "STRONG" for the future?
Our first training course starts in October! If you are interested or have any questions, please contact us at .
We look forward to having you!
