The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR (consent), i.e. the use of and consent to the associated processing of your personal data are voluntary.

Image and sound recordings for the purpose of public relations and personal data for the purpose of event organization.

How long will personal data be stored?

Personal data will be stored for the purpose of organizing alumni events until revoked. Image and sound data will be used and stored for public relations work until revoked. This does not affect the legality of processing based on consent until revocation.

What rights do data subjects have?

Voluntariness and revocation according to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR
The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR with the consequence that the personal data of the person concerned will no longer be processed.
