Erasmus Visiting Scholar from Pardubice at the IHI Zittau

With several teaching assignments in various academic contexts, Dr. Yee Yee Sein from the University of Pardubice has successfully completed her Erasmus teaching assignment at the IHI Zittau.
The visit was coordinated and supported by the IHI Chair of Responsible Management, headed by Prof. Dr. Markus Scholz. Dr Yee Yee Sein was also provided with a workplace there during her stay.
Dr. Yee Yee Sein is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice. As part of the Erasmus partnership between the University of Pardubice and IHI Zittau, she participated in several courses and teaching formats at the Institute. Her contributions included, among other things, a presentation as part of a virtual PhD seminar hosted by the Chair of Environmental Management, a teaching module on “Sustainable Innovations as a Goal of HRM and Organizational Development” in the course “Human Resource Management and Organizational Development,” a teaching session on “Urban Green Infrastructure as an Ecosystem Service and Social Justice Tool” in the context of the Ecosystem Services degree program, and a concluding lecture on “Innovation Management in International Companies” in the International Management degree program.The teaching contributions of the visiting scholar from Pardubice were very well received by students and faculty alike and enriched the IHI Zittau’s academic offerings both in terms of subject matter and international perspective.
Special thanks also go to the Research Associates of the participating IHI chairs for International Management and Environmental Management, particularly Vera Braun and Dr. Simon Eichentopf, who contributed significantly to the academic and social success of her stay.
