Kapteina accepted into ISC Mentorship Program
Dr. Benedikt D. S. Kapteina, Postdoctoral Fellow at the Chair of Business Administration, esp. Responsible Management at TU Dresden’s IHI Zittau, has been accepted into the highly competitive ISC Mentorship Program of the Impact Scholar Community.
The program is one of the leading international initiatives in Business & Society, running over several months. It combines peer-learning with thematic workshops and discussions with renowned scholars such as Michael Pratt (Boston College), Chris Marquis (University of Cambridge), Juliane Reinecke (University of Oxford), Andrew Crane (University of Bath), and Ali Aslan Gumusay (LMU Munich).
The Impact Scholar Community (ISC) is a global network of early-career scholars working on Business & Society, sustainability, and responsible management. Its mission is to connect emerging researchers with leading figures in the field, foster peer-to-peer learning, and strengthen the scholarly and societal impact of research. Admission to the Mentorship Program is highly selective, signaling the academic potential and international orientation of its participants.
“I feel truly honored to join this program and to have the opportunity to learn from such distinguished scholars,” says Dr. Kapteina.
For him, the program provides fresh perspectives for his research on Corporate Democratic Action (CDA) and supports the advancement of his habilitation. It also strengthens his international visibility and networks, while benefiting the Chair of Responsible Management, IHI Zittau, and TU Dresden through the integration of cutting-edge debates into teaching, enhanced global collaboration, and a sharper research profile at the intersection of business and society.
