German as advisory language
German is advisory language for the following master's degree programmes:
-
Business Ethics und Responsible Management,
- Biotechnologie und Angewandte Ökologie and
- Internationales Management.
Foreign study applicants without a German university entrance qualification have to prove a German language certificate like DSH-2 before the beginning of the course, which may not be older than two years at the time of the application.
Applicants additionally have to prove their English language skills at least on level B2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (GER) with application for study.
DSH at TU Dresden
Study applicants who have received admission to study at the IHI Zittau can participate in the DSH at TU Dresden directly before the start of the course. The examination fee for the DSH is € 150 (as of October 2021). The examination period is in March and September. DSH at TU Dresden
Preparatory semester
The TU Dresden offers its future international students the opportunity to participate in a preparatory semester / propaedeuticum.

- Organismic and Molecular Biodiversity
Applicants have to prove their English language skills at least on level B2 of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (GER) with application for study. We accept following certificates:
English language skills can also be proved by German "Abitur" (level B2/C1) .
