Summary: As we enter the genomics era, understanding and applying genome sequencing technologies are essential skills for conservation biologists and ecologists. In this course, the students learn first-, second-, and third-generation sequencing methods, generate their own sequencing data in the laboratory, and analyze these using computational tools.
