My name is Freya Hadwich und I started to work as a student assistent in the Sustainability Code (DNK) project of the Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) in May 2024. My interest lays in practical sustainability applied in business contexts and in corporate responsibility. I value my job in the Sustainability Code project for getting insights into varying corporations.
In 2023 I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a major in Environmental Management and Energy Industry from the TU Dresden. And since summer term 2024 I am studying in the master's programm Business Administration. I like to question, how our economy and companies can become more sustainable and how this transformation could/should/must look like. Ethical and philosophical viewpoints are important to me. In my leisure time I practice yoga and other mindfulness disciplines, like to be in the outdoors or am involved in voluntary work in Dresden.

My name is Nele Nouraie and I have been working as a student assistant (SHK) at the Chair of Business Administration, especially Environmental Management in the DNK project of the Council for Sustainable Development at IHI Zittau since November 2024.
I support the team in reviewing the reports and checking that they are complete. I particularly appreciate the insight into sustainable management in the business world and how the concept of sustainability is implemented in practice.
I have been studying economics since October 2023 and am now in my 3rd semester. I could also imagine continuing my studies in environmental management.
Outside of my studies, I like to travel the world, go skiing or swimming and enjoy spending time in the fresh air, preferably with friends.

My name is Maurice Hartung, I am 23 years old and have been working for the Sustainability Code (DNK) as a student assistant since March 2025. There, I work with practical sustainability in the business world.
As an economics student at TU Dresden specializing in energy economics and management, I ask myself: How can the economy be made more sustainable and what role does change management play in this transformation? This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical work fascinates me in particular.
In my free time, I enjoy going out, especially with friends. I also train for triathlons, enjoy cycling trips, and try out many different sports.

My name is Sofia Raffa and since February 2025, I have been working as a student assistant at the Chair of Environmental Management, where I support the "Sustainability Code" project. At the same time, I am studying for a master's degree in Ecosystem Services at TU Dresden, focusing on environmental social sciences. I previously completed my bachelor's degree in Political & Social Studies and European Ethnology at the University of Würzburg.
Issues related to environmental protection, nature conservation, and social justice have long been close to my heart. Before deciding on my current master's degree, I was actively involved in activism for several years and helped establish various projects and associations. It has always been important to me to actively work toward a better world—a motivation that now runs like a thread through my studies and my work.
When I'm not sitting at my desk, I need exercise and creative expression to balance things out. In my free time, you'll usually find me doing yoga, meditating, reading, or dancing. I also have a particular passion for fire artistry, which allows me to combine different elements.
