The Femtec Career Building Programme is again looking for enthusiastic STEM students who actively shape their career and want to network with other committed STEM women*.

The English-language career-building program offers personal development and a lifelong network alongside your studies! Female students are supported to act confidently and successfully in future professional challenges and to systematically plan their individual career development. Professional coaches accompany the participants with empathy. Students learn about current leadership concepts as well as approaches to dealing with complexity. During an innovation project the participants will develop future-oriented solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.

In three consecutive schools, female students work on the topics that are important to them today and tomorrow:

• Career Development
• Innovation and Co-Creation
• Building Networks

The network of Femtec Alumnae, companies and universities, which has existed for almost 20 years, is spread across numerous industries and countries. In addition, the partner companies provide authentic insights into their working world and exclusive access to attractive entry-level positions.
