The Institute of Power Engineering presents itself in its entire breadth in the colloquium and current research topics of the professorships Thermal Power Machinery, Buildings Power Engineering and Technical Thermodynamics are presented. All presented topics are grouped around current issues of the professorships, which make their contribution to the success of the energy transition.

For those interested, tours of the institute (https://tu-dresden.de/ing/maschinenwesen/iet ) will be offered starting at 2 pm.

Tours of the ASR are possible from 2 pm. The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 20. Registration is mandatory at  with the subject line "AKR-Besichtigung 7.7.". An identity card is required for the visit. A visit takes place under the given safety protection conditions, which are mandatory for radiation protection. This should be taken into account when registering.

In the foyer of the 1st floor of the Merkel Building there will also be information stands and posters on topics for student theses and diploma topics as well as information on current research topics.
