Research management
To ensure that the scientific profile of the School of Engineering Sciences at TU Dresden continues to develop, Dr. Anja Blüher supports the researchers in the department in opening up innovative and interdisciplinary fields of research and promoting research in these areas in the long term. For all scientists of the 3 Faculties (Mechanical Science and Engineering, Computer Science and Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering) she is, among other things, the contact person for the following
activities
- interdisciplinary research projects, e.g. organization of networking events
- (Co-)development/coordination of research strategies and concepts
- Initiating and supporting application projects
- Coordinating and administering interdisciplinary projects
- Supporting the division management in the development and establishment of LAB structures
- Monitoring and evaluation of target agreement points
- Interface with central university administration, e.g. research funding
- Management information, e.g. research data, use of FIS
- Gender aspects in research/equality aspects
- (Co-)organization of interdisciplinary lecture series
- Identifying research topics and focal points (analyses, research)
