    Workshop: Horizon Europe intense – Turn your project idea into a successful proposal

    Are you familiar with the basic ideas of Horizon Europe? Do you already have a project idea for a collaborative project and a suitable call deadline before February 2022? Do you plan to coordinate the project?

    If your answer is "yes" to all three questions, we invite you to join a multi-day in-depth EPC workshop to turn your project idea into a successful project proposal.

    During four morning sessions over two weeks, we will work together with you and other project teams on the proposal document. From the definition of objectives, the analysis of stakeholders to the pathway of impact and the structuring of work packages, core parts of the Horizon Europe proposal will be developed. By the end of the workshop you will have first parts of the proposal document as well as a work plan that you can continue to work on together with your consortium.

    Who is the workshop aimed at?

    • Researchers from TU Dresden who
    • have a project idea (2-page project outline required before the workshop);
    • identified a Horizon Europe topic with a deadline between September 2021 and February 2022 that fits the project idea; and
    • plan to coordinate the project and prepare the proposal as a coordinator.
    • Ideally, you join with one colleague from your project team.
