Short-Abstract:
Design of a 1 DOF tendon-based bidirectional actuator for kinaesthetic feedback in the fingers. This design aims to present high backdrivability through a clutch mechanism that at the same time controls the pretension mechanism for the tendons. Additionally, the position is measured through a rotary encoder.
