The Chair of Fundamentals of Electronics imparts knowledge, methods and tools in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Systems Engineering and Renewable Energy Systems.
The Chair's research work focuses on methods for modeling and simulating complex systems, with an emphasis on cellular nonlinear networks (CNN), reaction-diffusion networks, memristors and Volterra systems for solving interdisciplinary problems, in particular biomedical signal and image processing.
